Our Annual Fee includes:

• Tuition
• Loan of textbook and resources
• Stationery
• Extra-curricular activities offered by Hamilton’s staff

Our Annual Fee does not include:

• Uniform
• Transport
• Canteen services
• Educational school trips
• Extra-curricular activities offered by external providers

Sibling Discount

We recognise the importance of siblings attending the same school and are pleased to offer generous sibling discounts for second and subsequent children.

2nd child: 5% off MOE approved fees.
3rd child: 10% off MOE approved fees.
4th child: 15% off MOE approved fees.

• Discounts applied to the youngest child(ren).
• Sibling discounts and corporate discount cannot be cumulated.

Early Bird Discount

Receive a 7% discount when you pay your tuition fee for 2025/2026 in full by 30th of April 2025.

Receive a 5% discount when you pay your tuition fee for 2025/2026 in full by 31st May 2025.

Receive a 3% discount when you pay your tuition fee for 2025/2026 in full by 30th of June 2025.

Terms & Conditions

• The Early Bird discount is applied to the tuition fees being charged by the school for the academic year 2025-2026.
• Families who avail the Early Bird offer prior to any annual tuition fee increase being communicated will benefit from not paying this fee increase.
• This offer can be combined with corporate and sibling discounts, where applicable.
• Discount is not applicable to transport or any other fees.
• The discount will be applied to your Term 3 invoice.
• The school reserves the right to withdraw this Early Bird discount at any time.

Application Fees

A one-off application fee of 300 QAR must accompany each application form from Grade 1 to Grade 12. This non-refundable fee covers the administrative work involved in processing the application.

Registration Fees (New Students)

Our school Registration Fee is QAR 5,000. It is a one-off payment upon acceptance of our offer in order to book your child’s place. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Re-Enrolment Fees (Returning Students)

A re-enrolment fee of QAR 2,000 (seat reservation) is due by March of each academic year to secure a place for the next academic year. This will be deducted from the first term instalment of the next academic year’s tuition fee.
