She took Associate in Hotel & Restaurant Management at Saint Francis Assisi College. After her two years in college, she took training as a caregiver for children and adults. Armiguel has always had a passion for learning about children's development and how to assist children to be independent depending on their age. She started her career as a caregiver in Taiwan from 2004-2008. She worked as a child caregiver to a newborn baby until 2 years to a Taiwanese family and she leveled up to tutor 4-year-old twins. She helped the twins to be more independent and assisted them in their lessons in English and Maths. From 2011-2013, she worked at Compass International School as Learning Support Assistant for a child who need special attention in the classroom due to mild autism. She helped him to develop his fine motor skills and assisted him to interact with children of his age. From 2013-2021, Armiguel, worked in Cardiff International Kindergarten School as one of the pioneer Teacher Assistants. She helped the school increase the number of enrollees by making parents satisfied with the quality of care that their children received. She wholeheartedly, willingly, and dedicatedly has done the job that she loved to do as a Teacher Assistant. Armiguel is very compassionate to children, and she had dealt with different issues to the best of his knowledge and expertise. She is genuinely a kind-hearted person and shows empathy and care to each student irrespective of who they are. Armiguel enjoys listening to music, playing badminton, swimming, walking, and spending time with the family through video calls. Kariann is from Manila in the Philippines and has more than four years of experience assisting in the educational and social development of children. She has also worked in a school for special needs. Kariann holds two bachelor’s degrees; she earned her first, a BS in Commerce in 1997, and then later earned her BS in Nursing in 2009. She loves working with children and seeing them grow. She has a passion and commitment to serving them to the best of her knowledge and skills. On weekends and holidays, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to travel and explore places.Terry Senior
