The Hamilton International School invites students to apply for one of our prestigious scholarships.

At our school we place an emphasis on igniting a student’s passion, to pursue their purpose and forever chase a limitless potential. We encourage every student to achieve their level of excellence. Through these scholarships, we celebrate students who excel academically, while also demonstrating a commitment to their community through community service and environmental initiatives.

               The Hamilton Scholarship

Open to all Secondary students in Qatar.

Up to 75 % discount off tuition fees 

The successful applicant will provide:

  • 3 school reports from previous school
  • written testimonials by 2 teachers highlighting their achievements
  • a personal statement (with emphasis on accomplishments or evidence of innovative projects)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and a CAT4 test in school.

Ali AlFardan Scholarship – CLOSED

Open to all Secondary students in Qatar.

Up to 75 % discount off tuition fees for two academic year

The successful applicant will provide:

  • 3 school reports from previous school
  • written testimonials by 2 teachers highlighting their achievements
  • a personal statement (with emphasis on accomplishments or evidence of innovative projects)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and a CAT4 test in school.

IB Diploma Scholarship – CLOSED

Open to all Secondary students in Qatar entering Grade 11 in the academic year 2024/2025.

Up to 75% discount off tuition fees for two academic years

The successful applicant will provide:

  • 3 school reports from previous school (with IGCSE Grades if applicable)
  • written testimonials by 2 teachers highlighting their achievements
  • a personal statement (with emphasis on accomplishments or evidence of innovative projects)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and a CAT4 test in school.

Principal’s Award Scholarship – CLOSED

Open to existing Hamilton International School students that are in Grade 5 and up.

1 scholarship of 50% discount for one academic year

The successful applicant will:

  • Exhibit exceptional academic progress (getting better)
  • Have positively contributed to the school community
  • Provide a personal statement
  • Provide evidence of progress from their teacher

Important Dates

  • Closing date for Ali AlFardan, Principal’s Award and IB Scholarship applications is May 30th, 2024.
  • Closing date for The Hamilton Scholarship is October 31st, 2024.
  • Please note incomplete applications or applications submitted without school reports will not be considered.
  • You can apply for our scholarships via our website, by downloading and completing the application forms.
