Scholarships
The Hamilton International School invites students to apply for one of our prestigious scholarships.
At our school we place an emphasis on igniting a student’s passion, to pursue their purpose and forever chase a limitless potential. We encourage every student to achieve their level of excellence. Through these scholarships, we celebrate students who excel academically, while also demonstrating a commitment to their community through community service and environmental initiatives.
The Hamilton International School awards these scholarships so that we are able to:
- Recognize and celebrate academically distinguished students
- Deepen the concepts of excellence and encourage all students to achieve their full potential
- Promote positive attitudes towards knowledge and academic excellence
- Spread the spirit of innovation among students

| Ali AlFardan Scholarship for Excellence in Education | Open to all Grade 6 to 8 students in Qatar. The successful applicant will: • Provide 3 school reports from previous school • Provide written testimonials by 2 teachers highlighting their achievements • Provide a personal statement (with emphasis on accomplishments or evidence of innovative projects) Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and a MAP test in school. | 1 scholarship of 100% discount off tuition fees for one academic year |
| Hamilton Principal’s Award for Amazing Learning | Open to existing Hamilton International School students that are in Grade 5 and up. The successful applicant will: • Exhibit exceptional academic progress (getting better) • Have positively contributed to the school community • Provide a personal statement • Provide evidence of progress from their teacher | 1 scholarship of 50% discount for one academic year |
Important Dates
- Closing date for applications is: May 31st, 2022
- Successful candidates will be informed by: June 30th, 2022.
- Please note incomplete applications or applications submitted without school reports will not be considered

Please note: The uniform, transportation costs, trips, education materials, textbooks, after school activities provided by external providers (if applicable) are not included and must be paid by parents in full.
